Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 10 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Sudbury — Municipality of Markstay Warren and City of Greater Sudbury

10. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 lying between a point situate 500 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the westerly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 535 in the Municipality of Markstay Warren and a point situate 230 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Beaudry Road in the City of Greater Sudbury.

(2) Paragraph 41 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Sudbury — City of Greater Sudbury

41. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury lying between a point situate 170 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mountainview Road and a point situate 215 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Birch Street.

(3) Part 3 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

District of Sudbury — City of Greater Sudbury

11. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury lying between a point situate 215 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Birch Street and a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Municipal Road 55 East Junction.

District of Sudbury — City of Greater Sudbury

12. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the City of Greater Sudbury lying between a point situate 230 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Beaudry Road and a point situate 1185 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mill Road.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
