Amending O. Reg. 136/12
(GRANTS FOR STUDENT NEEDS - LEGISLATIVE GRANTS FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL BOARD FISCAL YEAR)
1. Ontario Regulation 136/12 is amended by striking out “First Nations” wherever it appears in the English version of the following provisions and substituting in each case “First Nation”:
1. Clause 32 (1) (c).
2. Subsection 32 (4).
3. Subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 44 (2).
2. Paragraph 1 of subsection 63 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and” at the end of subsubparagraph i E, by adding “and” at the end of subsubparagraph ii F and by adding the following subparagraph:
iii. the total of the taxes received by the board in respect of the 2012 calendar year under section 35 of the Assessment Act.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
