Amending O. Reg. 274/12
(HIRING PRACTICES)
1. Section 9 of Ontario Regulation 274/12 is revoked and the following substituted:
Exemptions for AEFO teachers
9. This Regulation does not apply with respect to teachers who are in bargaining units represented by l’Association des enseignantes et des enseignants franco-ontariens.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
