Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 23 of Part 3 of Schedule 5 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Manitoulin — Twp. of Howland, Town of Little Current

23. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Township of Howland in the Territorial District of Manitoulin lying between a point situate 250 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Campbell Street and a point situate 810 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the southerly limit of the Town of Little Current.

(2) Paragraph 9 of Part 5 of Schedule 5 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Manitoulin — Twp. of Howland, Town of Little Current

9. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Township of Howland in the Territorial District of Manitoulin beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the southerly limit of the Town of Little Current and extending southerly for a distance of 810 metres.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
