Amending Reg. 181 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. The French version of subsection 16 (3) of Regulation 181 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario is amended by striking out “fournit une formule, la formule ou un fac-similé de la formule” and substituting “fournit un formulaire, le formulaire ou un fac-similé du formulaire”.
2. The French version of section 16.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “sur toute formule” and substituting “sur tout formulaire”.
3. The French version of the heading before section 17 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Section 28 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Form 14” at the end and substituting “Form 14, entitled “Initial Report of Insider”, dated December 2016 and available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository under the listing for the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services”.
5. Section 29 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Form 15” at the end and substituting “Form 15, entitled “Report of Insider on Changes in Ownership of, or Control or Direction over, Capital Securities”, dated December 2016 and available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository under the listing for the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services”.
6. (1) Subsection 30 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Form 16” at the end and substituting “Form 16, entitled “Information Circular”, dated December 2016 and available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository under the listing for the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services”.
(2) The French version of subsections 30 (2), (4), (5), (6) and (7) of the Regulation are amended by striking out “la formule 16” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “le formulaire 16”.
7. Forms 14, 15 and 16 of the Regulation are revoked.

8. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
