Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 4 of Part 3 of Schedule 105 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the Town of Bracebridge in The District Municipality of Muskoka lying between a point situate 330 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as South Muskoka Falls Road and a point situate 1410 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Uffington Road.

(2) Paragraph 3 of Part 4 of Schedule 105 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the Town of Bracebridge in The District Municipality of Muskoka lying between a point situate 1410 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Uffington Road and a point situate 550 metres measured easterly from that intersection.

(3) Part 5 of Schedule 105 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District Municipality of Muskoka — Town of Bracebridge

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 118 in the Town of Bracebridge in The District Municipality of Muskoka lying between a point situate 330 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as South Muskoka Falls Road and a point situate 510 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 11.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
