Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraphs 7 and 8 of Part 3 of Schedule 30 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Perth – Mun. of North Perth

Village of Atwood

7. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 23 in the Municipality of North Perth in the County of Perth lying between a point situate 91 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Monument Road in the Village of Atwood and a point situate 200 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Barnett Street.

Perth – Mun. of North Perth

8. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 23 in the Municipality of North Perth lying between a point situate 26 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Perth County Line 87 and a point situate 610 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway know as Perth County Road No. 4.

(2) Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 4 of Schedule 30 to the Regulation are revoked.

(3) Paragraph 8 of Part 4 of Schedule 30 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Perth – Twp. of Wallace

8.   That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 23 in the Township of Wallace in the County of Perth beginning at a point situate 610 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Perth County Road No. 4 and extending northerly for a distance of 914 metres.

(4) Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 30 to the Regulation is revoked.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
