Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 15 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — Township of Coleman

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11B in the Township of Coleman in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 400 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Third Street and a point situate 50 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Quebec Avenue.

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11B in the Township of Coleman in the Territorial District of Timiskaming beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the easterly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and extending northerly to a point situate 70 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Coleman Road.

(2) Part 5 of Schedule 15 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

District of Timiskaming — Township of Coleman

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11B in the Township of Coleman in the Territorial District of Timiskaming beginning at a point situate 70 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Coleman Road and extending northerly for a distance of 125 metres.

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11B in the Township of Coleman in the Territorial District of Timiskaming beginning at a point situate 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Third Street and extending northerly for a distance of 300 metres.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
