Amending O. Reg. 319/08
(SMALL DRINKING WATER SYSTEMS)
1. The definition of “food service establishment” in subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 319/08 is revoked and the following substituted:
“food service establishment” means a food service premise, as defined in Ontario Regulation 493/17 (Food Premises) made under the Health Protection and Promotion Act, to which the general public is admitted, but does not include any temporary food service premise operated solely in conjunction with an exhibition, fair, carnival, sports meeting or other special or temporary event;

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
