Amending O. Reg. 125/16
(TIPS AND OTHER GRATUITIES)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 125/16 is amended by striking out “subsection 14.1 (2) of the Act” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “clause (f) of the definition of “tip or other gratuity” in subsection 1 (1) of the Act”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
