Amending O. Reg. 75/08
(DESIGNATIONS)
1. Ontario Regulation 75/08 is amended by striking out “R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 554 (Camps in Unorganized Territory)” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “O. Reg. 502/17 (Camps in Unorganized Territory)”.
2. The Regulation is amended by striking out “R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 562 (Food Premises)” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “O. Reg. 493/17 (Food Premises)”.
3. The Regulation is amended by striking out “R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 568 (Recreational Camps)” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “O. Reg. 503/17 (Recreational Camps)”.
4. The Regulation is amended by striking out “O. Reg. 428/05 (Public Spas)” wherever it appears.
Commencement
5. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2018 and the day it is filed.
