Revoking Various Regulations
Revocations
1. The following Regulations are revoked:
1. Ontario Regulation 386/18.
2. Ontario Regulation 540/17.
3. Ontario Regulation 539/17.
4. Ontario Regulation 451/17.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 16 of the Cap and Trade Cancellation Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
