Publication of Community Safety and Well-Being Plans

Publication after adoption of plan

1. (1) A municipal council shall publish its community safety and well-being plan on the Internet within 30 days after adopting it.

(2) On and after the day of publication, the municipal council shall make a printed copy of the adopted plan available for review by anyone who requests it.

(3) For greater certainty, the municipal council may publish the plan in any other manner or form it desires.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 211 (6) of Schedule 1 to the Safer Ontario Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
