Exemptions
Distress exemptions
1. Subsections 15 (1), (2) and (3) of the Act do not apply in respect of,
(a) hunting as permitted under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997, other than hunting activities already described in clause 15 (4) (a) of the Act; or
(b) permitting hunting as described in clause (a).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 15 (1) of the Act comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
