Prescribed Sexual Acts
1. The offences mentioned in the following provisions of the Criminal Code (Canada) are prescribed acts of a sexual nature for the purposes of the definition of “prescribed sexual act”:
1. Sections 151, 152, 153, 153.1.
2. Subsections 160 (1), (2) and (3).
3. Sections 162, 162.1, 170, 171.1, 172.1, 172.2, 271, 272 and 273.
4. Subsections 286.1 (1) and (2).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day this Regulation is filed.
