Amending O. Reg. 79/10
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 247.5 (2.1) of Ontario Regulation 79/10 is revoked and the following substituted:
Exception
(2.1) The adjustment under subsection (2) that would otherwise have taken effect on July 1, 2020 shall not take effect.
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) If this Regulation is filed after December 31, 2020, it is deemed to have come into force on that day.
