Amending O. Reg. 473/07
(LICENCES FOR DRIVING INSTRUCTORS AND DRIVING SCHOOLS)
1. Subparagraph 6 iv of subsection 4 (1) of Ontario Regulation 473/07 is amended by striking out “172 (6)” and substituting “172 (9)”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 15 (4) of Schedule 1 to the Moving Ontarians More Safely Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
