Amending O. Reg. 79/10
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 247.4.1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 79/10 is revoked and the following substituted:
Exceptions — pandemic
(1) This section applies in respect of residents who are admitted to a long-term care home under section 208.2 on or after April 23, 2021 and before the day on which section 1 of Schedule 1 (Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021) to the Providing More Care, Protecting Seniors, and Building More Beds Act, 2021 comes into force.
Commencement
2. This Regulation is deemed to have come into force on December 14, 2021.
