Amending O. Reg. 215/01

(FUEL INDUSTRY CERTIFICATES)

1. The following provisions of Ontario Regulation 215/01 are amended by striking out “a certificate of qualification” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “a certificate of qualification or a provisional certificate of qualification” and striking out “Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021”:

1.  Paragraph 1 of subsection 13 (1).

2.  Paragraphs 3, 6, 7 and 8 of subsection 20 (2).

3.  Subsection 31 (3).

4.  Paragraphs 3, 4, 7 and 8 of subsection 39 (2).

5.  Paragraph 5 of subsection 52 (2).

6.  Paragraphs 3 and 6 of subsection 52.2 (2).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 10 (1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
