Amending O. Reg. 512/97

(CRITICAL DEFECTS OF COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES)

1. Clause 4 (3) (b) of Ontario Regulation 512/97 is amended by striking out “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994” and substituting “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 7 (Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020) to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
