Amending O. Reg. 279/99
(ONTARIO IMMIGRANT INVESTOR CORPORATION)
1. Ontario Regulation 279/99 is amended by adding the following section:
Dissolution
16. The Ontario Immigrant Investor Corporation is dissolved.
Revocation
2. The Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
3. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Section 1 comes into force on the later of March 31, 2023 and the day this Regulation is filed.
(3) Section 2 comes into force on the day after the day section 1 comes into force.
