Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Subparagraph 3 v of subsection 24 (1.1) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
v. required by or for an integrated community health services centre as defined in the Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act, 2023,
2. (1) Paragraph 11 of subsection 38.4 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “independent health facility licensed under the Independent Health Facilities Act” and substituting “integrated community health services centre licensed under the Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act, 2023”.
(2) Paragraph 8 of subsection 38.4 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “independent health facility licensed under the Independent Health Facilities Act” and substituting “integrated community health services centre licensed under the Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act, 2023”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 66 (1) of Schedule 1 (Integrated Community Health Services Centres Act, 2023) to the Your Health Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
