Amending O. Reg. 316/07

(DESIGNATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF PROVINCIAL PARKS)

1. (1) Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 316/07 is amended by adding the following item:

 

Alfred Bog Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class)

In the geographic Township of Alfred, in the Municipal Township of Alfred and Plantagenet, and in the geographic Township of Caledonia, in the Municipality of the Nation, in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, containing 3,063 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1 to 8, inclusive, on a plan known as Plan of Alfred Bog Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on March 10, 2023 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.

 

(2) The item for Fish Point Provincial Park in Table 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “lots 68 and part of” and substituting “lot 68 and part of”.

(3) The item for Killbear Provincial Park in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

 

Killbear Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class)

In the geographic Township of Carling, in the Municipal Township of Carling, in the Territorial District of Parry Sound, containing 1,882 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic township designated as Parts 1 to 3, inclusive, on a plan known as Plan of Killbear Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on January 18, 2023 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. Save and Except, that part of Crown Location CL 19610 designated as Part 1 on Reference Plan 42R-22068 contained within the extents of Part 3 on a plan known as Plan of Killbear Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on January 18, 2023 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.

 

(4) The item for Port Burwell Provincial Park in Table 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

 

Port Burwell Provincial Park (Recreational Class)

In the geographic Township of Bayham, in the Municipality of Bayham, in the County of Elgin, containing 239 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic township designated as Parts 1 to 3, inclusive, on a plan known as Plan of Port Burwell Provincial Park (Recreational Class), filed on September 5, 2017 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. Save and Except, that area of land designated as Part 2 on Reference Plan 11R-10917.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
