Amending O. Reg. 579/05
(EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, INSURANCE, RECORDS AND OTHER MATTERS)
1. (1) Subsection 17 (1) of Ontario Regulation 579/05 is amended by striking out “that represents” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “that provides services to”.
(2) Paragraph 6 of subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or providing other services to”.
Revocation
2. Subsection 3 (1) of Ontario Regulation 366/22 is revoked.
Commencement
3. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Section 1 comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
