Amending O. Reg. 509/20
(COMMUNITY BENEFITS CHARGES AND PARKLAND)
1. (1) Subparagraph 3 i of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 509/20 is revoked and the following substituted:
i. a publicly-assisted university within the meaning of section 1 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act,
(2) Paragraph 6 of section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
6. Non-profit housing development within the meaning of subsection 4.2 (1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997.
2. Paragraph 2 of subsection 4 (5) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Local Planning Appeal Tribunal” and substituting “Ontario Land Tribunal”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
