Amending O. Reg. 107/96
(CONTROLLED ACTS)
1. (1) Subsections 14 (1), (2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 107/96 are revoked and the following substituted:
(1) Subject to subsection (4), a member of the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario or an out of province respiratory therapist is exempt from subsection 27 (1) of the Act for the purpose of performing a tracheostomy tube change subject to the terms, conditions and limitations imposed on their certificate of registration.
(2) Subsection 14 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “(2) or (3)” in the portion before clause (a).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (3) of Schedule 6 to the Pandemic and Emergency Preparedness Act, 2022 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
