Amending O. Reg. 268/01
(ONTARIO STUDENT LOANS MADE AUGUST 1, 2001 TO JULY 31, 2017)
1. Paragraph 3 of subsection 8 (2) of Ontario Regulation 268/01 is revoked and the following substituted:
3. A career college registered in Ontario under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
