Amending O. Reg. 246/22
(GENERAL)
1. The definition of “private career college” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 246/22 is revoked and the following substituted:
“career college” means a career college within the meaning of subsection 1 (1) of the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005; (“collège d’enseignement professionnel”)
2. The Regulation is amended by striking out “private career college” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “career college”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
