Amending O. Reg. 316/19
(DETERMINATION OF GEARED-TO-INCOME RENT UNDER SECTION 50 OF THE ACT)
1. Clause (d) of the definition of “recognized educational institution” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 316/19 is revoked and the following substituted:
(d) a career college, as defined in the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, or

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
