Amending O. Reg. 75/08
(DESIGNATIONS)
1. Schedules A, B and C to Ontario Regulation 75/08 are amended by striking out “Private Career Colleges Act, 2005” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
