Amending O. Reg. 468/18
(GENERAL)
1. (1) Subsection 12 (1) of Ontario Regulation 468/18 is amended by striking out “75” and substituting “150”.
(2) Section 12 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(2) It is a condition of a retail operator licence that the holder, or the holder and its affiliates between them, hold no more than 75 authorizations.
(3) Subsection 12 (2) of the Regulation, as remade by subsection (2), is amended by striking out “75” and substituting “150”.
Commencement
2. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsections 1 (1) and (3) come into force on the later of January 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
