Amending Reg. 194 of R.R.O. 1990
(RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE)
1. (1) Clause 74.04 (1) (e) of Regulation 194 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “a renunciation (Form 74G)” at the beginning and substituting “a renunciation in Form 74G”.
(2) Clause 74.04 (1) (f) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a consent to the applicant’s appointment (Form 74H)” and substituting “consent to the applicant’s appointment in Form 74G”.
2. (1) Clause 74.06 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a renunciation (Form 74G)” at the beginning and substituting “a renunciation in Form 74G”.
(2) Clause 74.06 (1) (c) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a consent (Form 74H) to the application” and substituting “consent to the application in Form 74G”.
3. Clause 74.07 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “a consent (Form 74H) to the application” at the beginning and substituting “consent to the application in Form 74G”.
4. Paragraph 2 of subrule 74.11 (6) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “A consent to the order (Form 74H)” at the beginning and substituting “Consent to the order in Form 74G”.
5. (1) The rows for Forms 74A, 74J and 74.1A in the Table of Forms to the Regulation are amended by striking out the date in the column titled “Date of Form” and substituting “November 1, 2023”.
(2) The row for Form 74F in the Table of Forms to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
