Amending O. Reg. 316/07

(DESIGNATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF PROVINCIAL PARKS)

1. The item for Charleston Lake Provincial Park in Table 1 of Ontario Regulation 316/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

 

Charleston Lake Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class)

In the geographic Townships of Lansdowne, Escott and Yonge, in the Municipal Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands, the Municipal Township of Athens, and the Municipal Township of Front of Yonge, in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, containing 2,880 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships, designated as Parts 1 to 48, both inclusive, on a Plan known as Charleston Lake Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on February 10, 2015 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources, except that area of land in the geographic Township of Lansdowne in the Municipal Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, containing 10.5 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the said townships designated as Part 1 on a plan known as the Plan of the Boundary of the 2023 Charleston Lake Provincial Park Removals, filed on May 2, 2023, with the Office of the Surveyor General in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.

 

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
