Amending O. Reg. 697/21
(BRADFORD BYPASS PROJECT)
1. Ontario Regulation 697/21 is amended by adding the following section:
Designation
Designation
1.1 The Bradford Bypass Project is designated as a project to which Part II.3 of the Act applies.
2. Subsection 2 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Subsections 12.2 (2) and (6) and 15.1.2 (2) and (6)” at the beginning of the portion before clause (a) and substituting “Subsections 15.1.2 (2) and (6) and 17.27 (2) and (6)”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (2) of Schedule 6 to the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
