Non-application of Ontario Heritage Act
Non-application of Ontario Heritage Act to Ontario Place site
1. Despite subsection 68 (3) of the Ontario Heritage Act, that Act does not apply in respect of,
(a) the land identified as part of Property Identification Number 21416-0099, being part of the Water Lot Fronting Lot 31, Broken Front Concession and Part of Water Lot in Front of Dufferin Street and Part of Lot 105 Registered Plan 613, designated as Part 1 on Plan 66R-33758; City of Toronto;
(b) the land identified as part of Property Identification Number 21418-0100, being the parts of the Water Lot in Front of the Ordnance Reserve, designated as Parts 8, 10, 11, 12 and 19 on Plan 66R-33758; City of Toronto; or
(c) any buildings or structures located on the land described in clause (a) or (b).
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
