Amending O. Reg. 595/06
(FEES AND CHARGES)
1. Subclause 1 (b) (i) of Ontario Regulation 595/06 is revoked and the following substituted:
(i) for ensuring court security under section 243 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 or otherwise, or
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 1 (Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019) to the Comprehensive Ontario Police Services Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
