Amending O. Reg. 293/12
(SERVICES TO OTHER MINISTRIES AND PUBLIC BODIES)
1. Sections 5 and 6 of Ontario Regulation 293/12 are revoked and the following substituted:
Collection services for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery
5. The Minister of Revenue is authorized under subsection 11.1 (2) of the Act to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery to provide collection services to the Ministry.
Collection services for the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development
6. The Minister of Revenue is authorized under subsection 11.1 (2) of the Act to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development to provide collection services to the Ministry.
Collection services for the Ministry of Colleges and Universities
7. The Minister of Revenue is authorized under subsection 11.1 (2) of the Act to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Colleges and Universities to provide collection services to the Ministry.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
