Amending O. Reg. 672/00
(ONTARIO MEDIA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION)
1. The definition of “Corporation” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 672/00 is amended by striking out “the Ontario Media Development Corporation” and substituting “Ontario Creates”.
2. Section 2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Corporation continued
2. The Ontario Film Development Corporation, established under section 5 of the Act and formerly continued as a corporation without share capital known as the Ontario Media Development Corporation, is continued as a corporation without share capital under the name Ontario Creates in English and Ontario Créatif in French.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
