Amending O. Reg. 367/11
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 144 (1) of Ontario Regulation 367/11 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
28. A transfer from Eagleson Co-operative Homes Inc. to Kanata Baptist Place Incorporated of any interest in the real property municipally known as 485 Eagleson Road, Kanata, Ontario together with the assets, liabilities, rights and obligations related to the ownership or operation of the real property.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
