Amending O. Reg. 135/18

(DESIGNATION OF DISEASES)

1. Paragraph 25 of section 2 of Ontario Regulation 135/18 is revoked and the following substituted:

25. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

2. (1) The Table to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

 

14.1

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)

(2) Item 18.1 of the Table to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Diseases caused by a novel coronavirus, including Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS)

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
