Amending O. Reg. 396/23
(MATTERS RESPECTING THE APPOINTMENT AND FUNCTIONS OF SPECIAL CONSTABLES AND THE AUTHORIZATION OF SPECIAL CONSTABLE EMPLOYERS)
1. The French version of the title to Ontario Regulation 396/23 is revoked and the following substituted:
questions concernant la nomination et les fonctions des constables spéciaux et l’autorisation des employeurs de constables spéciaux
2. The French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “un agent spécial”, “l’agent spécial”, “d’agent spécial”, “agents spéciaux” and “d’agents spéciaux” wherever they appear and substituting in each case “un constable spécial”, “le constable spécial”, “de constable spécial”, “constables spéciaux” and “de constables spéciaux” respectively.
3. Item 2 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Niagara Parks Commission or Metrolinx” in Column 1 and substituting “Niagara Parks Commission, Metrolinx or a college of applied arts and technology established by regulation under subsection 2 (1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002”.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
