Amending O. Reg. 311/06
(TRANSITIONAL MATTERS - GROWTH PLANS)
1. Section 2.0.1 of Ontario Regulation 311/06 is revoked.
2. The heading before section 2.1 and sections 2.1, 3, 3.1 and 4 of the Regulation are revoked.
3. The heading before section 5.1 and section 5.1 of the Regulation are revoked.
Commencement
4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of October 20, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
