Order in Council 1004/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 4(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. Jennifer Michelle Dmetrichuk, a legally qualified medical practitioner, be appointed effective from the later of May 2, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, as Regional Coroner for that part of the Toronto Area (East) Region of Ontario comprised of the geographic area of Toronto as prescribed under the Territorial Division Act, 2002: East of Yonge Street, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
