Order in Council 1006/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered O.C. 914/2019, dated the 6^th day of June, 2019, Gordon Clark was reappointed as a member of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date of that Order in Council, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of that appointment;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(2) and 4(1) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act,

Gordon Clark, of Coldwater

be reappointed as a part-time member and designated as Vice-Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date of this Order in Council, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.

Further that pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act, Order in Council numbered O.C. 914/2019 is revoked, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
