Order in Council 104/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jeff Coles of Oshawa, who was appointed by O.C. 240/2019 as a member of the board of governors of McMaster University, has resigned his position;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 8(1)(j) of The McMaster University Act, 1976, Order in Council 240/2019 be revoked.
