Order in Council 1070/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant tosubsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008,

Daniel Nowlan, of Toronto, Ontario
 

be appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this Order in Council;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, he be appointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this Order in Council;

And further that pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, he be designated as a vice-chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this Order in Council.
