Order in Council 1076/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(2) and 4(1) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act, 

David Lemkay, of Douglas

be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as Vice-Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date this Order in Council is approved, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years from the effective  date of this appointment.
