Order in Council 1078/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tim Beckett has agreed to be reappointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to section 8(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, as amended, Tim Beckett is hereby reappointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario, effective the date this order in council is made, for a period not to extend beyond November 17, 2023.

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 976/2022 is hereby revoked effective the date this order in council is made.
