Order in Council 11/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6.1(1) of the Ministry of Government Services Act,

Jennifer Sondergaard of Ottawa

be reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Internal Audit Committee to serve as chair of the Agencies and Transfer Payment Sector Audit Committee subcommittee at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of December 12, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made;

And that Order in Council 1127/2020 be revoked effective the later of December 12, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
