Order in Council 1129/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of South Himsworth, now in the Municipality of Powassan, District of Parry Sound, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 on Ministry Plan P-2130-231, being a Designation Plan of A Proposed Highway filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on September 4, 2018, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
